The staff here are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be for management, as this is a high traffic area with lots of workers and tourists, and not enough people working. (As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons, they needed at least another 50% more staff.)
As a tourist, I had to see what all the fuss around Tim Hortons was all about. Good soup and a bun which was perfect for a cold day and reasonably priced. Relatively clean and tidy. Quick but unfriendly service which was disappointing.
I ordered a loaded wrap and it tasted so good. Every time, I order it they gave me a wrap full of rice. But at this tim Horton, the food was amazing. My wrap had good portion of everything. The cashier was so nice to me and food was tasty too.
