I visited the store during my summer trip to Vancouver this year. I made my order (including a flatbread pizza) at the counter around 8 am, and paid $16.99 by scanning my TH app.
Shortly after, a lady told me that pizza could not be served during breakfast time, so they issued a partial refund for me. She gave me a refund receipt of $8.39, and asked me to scan my TH app again. I did it and left the store, assuming that it could take a few days to get it deposited to my account as other refunds.

It was not until a week later that I realized the refund still had neither shown up in my TH account nor my credit card linked with the TH app. Since I live far from Vancouver and couldn’t visit the store again, I submitted a request to TH customer services back in Aug.
Since then, whenever I do a follow-up on the case, they’ve kept telling me that my request has been brought to the attention of the store managers, and they will contact me to fix it. In reality, no contact has been made up to now. I’ve decided to drop the case, acknowledging my negligence.

Tip for others: If you request a refund, insist on receiving it in cash to avoid similar issues.

Every time I have ordered delivery from this location (and honestly most Tim Hortons) I order my drink with oat milk as I am !!!ALLERGIC!!! NOT intolerant! To dairy. Every single time it’s made with dairy OR if I’ve ordered for myself and someone else they don’t label which one is dairy and I wind up drinking almost none of my drink and getting very sick. This is not okay. You don’t allow notes on any of your online ordering nor allergy warnings for me to stress that it is an ALLERGY and NOT a preference. NOT that it should even matter and you should just give people what they’ve ordered and paid for. Your laziness has made me incredibly sick, I hope that makes you feel good! Cause i definitely don’t.

I am a student studying English near the school. I just went to the store wanting to order a cup of hot coffee. I said, “Can I order a hot coffee?” The staff said, “We don’t have hot coffee,” and gave me a cup of coffee without ice, but it wasn’t hot. I’m not sure if it was my way of expressing myself. I just wanted a cup of HOT COFFEE, that’s all.
In other stores, whenever I say, “Can I order a cup of hot coffee?” their staff can give me a cup of hot coffee. Why doesn’t it work in this store with the same sentence?
English can be so hard sometimes. I just want to enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the cold winter.🤦🏼

OR Could you also teach me how to say it so that I can successfully get a cup of hot coffee?

This is the absolute worst Tim hortons I’ve ever been too. Unfortunately it’s next to my house and each time I go it’s been a 15-20 min wait for coffee. The workers are slow and show no initiative.

The guy working on a Sunday morning is unbelievably rude. Isn’t it number one rule to not frown at your customers when taking their order? I’m not asking for him to smile but gosh at least don’t glare at them. What a shitty start to a morning. Food is also stale and gross.

Bag with food was chucked at us. No apologies given then questioned which one dropped. Food was cold and not warmed up properly. Horrible service from the employee working there.
Not a place I'd want to frequent again.
