We stopped here for a quick coffee break during our walk around Gastown and ended up staying nearly an hour. The brown sugar boba with oat milk was rich without being too sweet, and the woman behind the counter took the time to explain the tea strength options to us since neither of us had been to a bubble tea place before. Such good and fresh bubble tea!! I got one of their mango drinks, and there was lots of real mango in it! And it wasn't as expensive as other places I see usually, yet it was such good quality! I highly reccomend this place! So, so yummy!!
Amazing mom and pop bubble tea shop, high quality, and it is extremely affordable especially when compared to other places. Average bubble tea at L&G is about $4-5 dollars with add ons, but the same drink would easily be $7+ at any chain. It’s easily accessible through the R4, check this place out!

L & G Bubble Tea is a fantastic find serving high-quality drinks and food at an unbeatable price. Their strawberry milk with pearls is a standout, with the perfect balance of tea and sweetness. The original durian flavored ice cream/smoothie is also a hit. Prices are super fair for their servings and quality, making it a favorite among customers. The shop gets very busy, showing how popular and loved it is! The staff are consistently friendly and courteous, always making customers feel welcome. They offer a huge variety, with most drinks made from real fruits. The pineapple slush with no sugar and no bubbles was incredibly yummy! For those who enjoy a wide range of flavors, the guava is a personal favorite. Freshly cooked pearls add to the deliciousness. Ordering online for pickup is highly recommended to avoid a long wait. L & G is truly a beautiful gem in the city, and many recommend it to friends who quickly fall in love with it too.
