Today my visit in Tim Hortons make me angry?Because i want to order breakfast wrap at 3:30pm cashier said me that they don’t sale breakfast and when i said that it must be till 4 pm she said they have not ? eggs, really,i guess it’s weird and they lies.Any issues with another Tim Hortons, but Commercial broadway surprised me because i spent my time and didn’t get anything

Ordered online ahead of time, arrived at restaurant and waited for 10 min before having to ask if my order was ready. I was told it was not, waited another 5 min until another employee came over and informed me the bag in front of me that I had been inquiring about, was in fact mine. Literally standing in front of my order for 20 min before one of three people were able to connect the dots. I don't expect perfection but common sense will take you very far if you allow it.

Staff speaking loud foreign language to each other. One working the in the lobby yelling at another in the kitchen for 15 minutes straight. Ruining my entire experience and making it hard for me to speak on the phone. Not Lome I expect any better or I should go sit at a Starbucks and pay 4x for the same coffee. Country going down the drain. ✌️

Worst service. This is not Tim Horton we want to see in Canada. Ran by the entire lazy crew here, Jeet/simran and his entire crew are slacking off and representing badly of this location and Tim Hortons brand. Should immediately retrain these staffs/monitor and have the brand manager/service manager to look into this place what is really going on. Feb 28th late afternoon crew. From 330 pm and onwards.It took 20 minutes to order a few things and it didn't seem to bother them at all that everyone were absolutely

Upon arriving to this location, there was a gaggle of people, so we asked where the line ended to queue up. We followed the direction given, and after about 5 minutes someone who’d been sitting down since we arrived told us we were wrong. The people in line sorted it out, we all knew who was next, and went back to it. The suggested line path would have been out the side door into a communal lobby space for the shopping center, which is counter intuitive - this path isn’t accessible without going through the shop and exiting into someone else’s space! The queue that was created was wrapped around toward the main entrance. We were settled, and organized. The only person upset was not in line and had appear received his food and drink.Two minutes later, the same gentleman flagged down the staff and told them we were lined up wrong. The staff quietly shrugged, but again, the people in line said we knew what was going on, who was next, that sort of thing, so nothing changed. Then two ‘regulars’ walked in, cut the line, and when the lined up people directed them to the end of the line, we were lectured about how this was *their* community, they come here often, and we were wrong, and we were violating fire Marshall regulations how we were queued (even though the ‘correct’ way literally blocked two doors). The Tim Horton’s staff did nothing, and allowed them to order and didn’t acknowledge the 10 people in line. We were queued up next to the register, in a line. I was gone at this point and trying to leave, but the ‘local’ was blocking the door. I asked her to move, she told me to wait, and I told her the community was unwelcoming and unsafe while trapped. This and the previous day issue makes me never want to return.I walked a few doors over to find a small locally owned coffee shop instead.The day before we got food and only received one napkin each. When we asked for another napkin the service staff said no, you only get one. Is this a Canadian thing?

Came in and noticed Cockroaches running around on the floor and had to step on them, makes me wonder if they clean or try to eradicate the problem

Its hit and miss with service. You get what you expect as an adult. As a parent my daughter loves the apple turnover and blackberry yuzu. Sometimes I get a ice cap with almond milk. I do appreciate the non dairy options. So yes I will keep going. Don't expect a fancy hotel buffet.Dietary restrictions: Live non dairy options for drinks

Place has become a hangout for junkies, because just across the street is the former salvation army. It is now a homeless shelter, guess where they go for cheap food? People are passed outside & the interact machine wasn't working. So I tried using debt card & it said I put the wrong pin number in. I didn't because I literally just paid for my phone bill inside El Mercato just in the same area with my debit card. So I went to royal bank & withdrew money no problem. So I don't trust the debt card machine because 1.) it doesn't work & 2.) all the junkies this Tim Hortons has passed outside probably tampered with the machine. Nobody uses the touchscreen kiosk because of germs & again all the junkies passed outside nobody touches or uses the touchscreen kiosk so expect long lineups & angry people swearing because they're waiting too Long. This location is just a total mess. Literally go someplace else for food. Nothing but junkies passed outside

I USUALLY absolutely love the cream of broccoli soup here; but today was unfortunately, quite the opposite! My soup tasted like hot water with a few chunks of old broccoli in it! Why would you even serve it at that point??!! I'am incredibly disappointed; what a waste of money in a time where I have very little :( :( :(
