Upon arriving to this location, there was a gaggle of people, so we asked where the line ended to queue up. We followed the direction given, and after about 5 minutes someone who’d been sitting down since we arrived told us we were wrong. The people in line sorted it out, we all knew who was next, and went back to it. Its hit and miss with service. You get what you expect as an adult. As a parent my daughter loves the apple turnover and blackberry yuzu. Sometimes I get a ice cap with almond milk. I do appreciate the non dairy options. So yes I will keep going. Don't expect a fancy hotel buffet.Dietary restrictions: Live non dairy options for drinks

Ordered online ahead of time, arrived at restaurant and waited for 10 min before having to ask if my order was ready. I was told it was not, waited another 5 min until another employee came over and informed me the bag in front of me that I had been inquiring about, was in fact mine. Literally standing in front of my order for 20 min before one of three people were able to connect the dots. I don't expect perfection but common sense will take you very far if you allow it.
