I order Tim hortons all the time as a treat for my family on weekends from DoorDash. More times out of not there is always something wrong with my order. Today’s order, literally half of it was missing. I hope your team seriously considers taking more time and effort into making sure orders are correct. Your shift managers should also be paying attention to orders and making sure communication is strong so nothing like this happens. The amount of poor reviews your store has is embarrassing. I never leave google reviews and I don’t like complaining but this is getting ridiculous. Do better.

Live up the road. I've never had a good experience at this location. Sauce all over my sandwich. Had to wait +20min for a breakfast sandwich and chili. Chili was cold and watered down like soup. Very disappointed in the franchise. Don't recommend this location.

Vegetarian options: Some workers they are not changing gloves when making order from tilt to food, just one gloves they used. No proper hand washing, many jewelry’s specially on hand.Dietary restrictions: Make proper food to everyone, proper ingredients, proper orders. Always cleaned and safe. Specially proper hand washing.

Went there and done ordering on the kiosk at 8:45pm, ordered and paid for a large chili combo with ice cap and a donut. somehow the kiosk didn't take the donut order (and no confirmation on the screen/no receipt due to poor design). Ice cap was quick, took about 3 mins; however, i need to wait for another 10 mins till they realize they forgot my chili combo. They said i didn't order it until they check the computer and print out the receipt. I ordered a large chili but i believe they gave me a regular one ( or the size go down again?). It wasn't busy at all (only 1 customer after me). Staff over there were just chatting to each other in other languages and ignore the customer waiting in line. This is one of the worst Tim Horton experience as a Timmy customer for over 20 years. Foodwise, it's Timmy, what do you expect?

I often go there to grab a morning coffee before my class as it’s right beside my college. Sometimes I have to wait a lot and I don’t get much satisfaction but today I was being served by an employee named “Jai Shree” who was very polite , smiling and served me with a smile that made my day. Keep up the good work girl . You’re the best :)

Worst Service ever received in lifetime tbh. Was placed an order for but never got it. Happened various times but never reported. Enough is Enough. Ordered a triple-triple as usual and it wasn’t even a single-single. Instead of talking,laughing and gossiping focus on the work because that’s what you are getting paid for, not for making fun of customers. Pls everyone choose another location even if you have to go far it’ll be worth more or order at Starbucks with best service. Forgot to mention but never even got a pleasant and happy greeting. Keep a smile on while working to honourable staff.Managers kindly look out before other customers may take a worse step. Never even coming back to this horrible location.

Iced capp tasted ok. Mini donuts were a bit stale and dry even in morning at 9 am. Hashbrown was freshly cooked and took 15 mins, but was overcooked. Tables and chairs were covered with crumbs so I had to clean them myself. Lots of seating area which is a plus. Free 2 hr parking in front as well. Location is great, right next to skytrain.
