I really like the owners and staff at this location. Very friendly and sociable.
Kids and I enjoy the bubble tea and bubble waffles. No complaints. Service has always been friendly. We don't eat in, but it looks clean. Parking can be a challenge, depending on when you go. Recommend. (Photos from August '26)
