Always a long line here. But everyone is so kind and nice. Despite the crowd, they do whatever they can to make sure that all the order is correct.

Me and a friend decided to get an iced latte, french vanilla latte, a bagel and a sandwich. Not a super big order. My friend decided to order since I was working since I also had a class in about an hour. The order took approximately 45-50 minutes (!) and he had to go back and forth; they didn’t even give him a cup sleeve and he burnt his hand :( The french vanilla latte was possibly the worst drink I’ve ever had, it was straight up water with no hint of coffee or french vanilla. They also gave us an iced capp even though I looked up to see that tims does in fact have iced lattes. The bagel was ok and the sandwich was nice but in what world should a 4 item order take this long? I ended up being late to my class because of this :(

I would like to say that this Tim Hortons is the best because it has food that tastes fresh considering it is fast food but the lines are far too long and sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes so plan ahead for it.

2/5.The service is extremely slow - sometimes I feel like I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a single order. I glanced over the counter and saw only one person making multiple orders.At least the food is fresh and served hot, but waiting for this long in a supposedly "fast-food" restaurant is extremely unacceptable.Also, the sandwich station is closed 30 minutes prior to closing which I wish I knew beforehand.I cannot say for the other Tim Hortons...not satisfied with this establishment.

Horribly rude staff member. It was not busy but the younger girl at the cash forgot to give me an order number and the next cashier threw it in the trash. My coffee was mostly just cream, but I did not mention it to her because the worker seemed new, and accidents happen. I waited 20 minutes for my bowl to be made and when I politely asked the significantly older woman with short brown hair making the food if the order being served was the chicken bowl she rolled her eyes, snapped at me, and said "don't you have numbers" and refused to answer me. "I said, no I don't i'm sorry." She did not apologize for the establishments mistake and instead rolled her eyes again. It was a simple ask. She only needed to say "yes." It was not busy. I was the only one waiting for food. This completely ruined my day and I could not focus. I will not be back, nor will I be as willing to spend my money on food at UBC if this is the quality of service establishments provide to students.

During my first visit at this Tim Hortons, I found myself agreeing with the one-star reviews they have previously received. The service I received was undeniably discourteous. Disappointing.
