The service is really slow especially with a mobile order. They tend to be super busy so avoid this tims if you are in a rush
I went in quickly this morning and unfortunately had an extremely poor experience. The woman at the cashier was beyond rude. She didn’t even let me finish placing my order before walking away and telling me to pay. When I told her I wasn’t finished ordering, she gave me a rude look and came back.
I specifically asked for no syrup in my latte, but she didn’t enter that request into the machine, and I ended up receiving my latte with syrup.

Awful experience! Zero customer service, there was a East Indian lady on August 28th morning that she was treating customers so poorly. Plus the French Vanila was mixed with water; I put it in garbage after two sips. If you wanna ruin your day, just go in there
