Literally the worst Tim Hortons you could go to, every time I go there, only to order coffee, I always wait 20+minutes, for coffee!!

It’s understandable that it was busy, but their rude behavior was disappointing. Still, thank you for the quick service and hot coffee.

Incredibly slow service! Takes half an hour for a coffee even through mobile order.
Absurd 30+ minute wait times for small orders. Ordered one wrap while the store was practically empty at 10am and had to wait around 30 minutes because staff were too busy prioritizing online orders rather than in person customers.

I don’t understand why i can get spoiled lettuce in my bagel
Mobile ordered a coffee at 4:10pm on the dot. Waited 10 minutes in the store - nothing. Asked a staff member and was told I had to go to the till to ask them to make it! Especially ironic since the till had an ad saying “Skip the Line!” advertising their Mobile Ordering system. Oh, and their dark roast tastes like Ersatz crap anyways. Will not be returning here.

Ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. None of the staff greeted me while I stood by mobile pickup until I had to call them after standing there for a long time. When I finally got their attention, they said someone else would attend to me. After waiting some more, despite being the first person in line, the staff allowed another person to cut in front of me. My hashbrown tasted stale and crusty. The cheese was unmelted. Very sad.

1. Not a single Canadian person works here
2. The staff are rude, will get your order wrong, when you pay for extra anything, they give you a normal amount and liebto your face saying there is extra. And they love saying swear words in their language they think I don't understand to my face.
3. There was a. Employee giving a foot massage to another employee, goes right back into making bagels!
4. This is a student environment, you couldn't hire a single UBC student? They all had to be non Canadians?
