Growing up in NYC, I frequented Dunkin Donuts, but Tim Horton's is the equivalent in other parts of the country/world. It's a great stop for a treat on the go. Their Timbits (donut holes) are the perfect indulgence for me, always fresh and sweet. And let's not forget their coffee, which never fails to perk up my day. Whether it's a morning pick me up or an afternoon treat, Tim Horton's doesn't disappoint.

Despicable experience. Served sour expired coffee. Went back in after realizing the coffee was bad, they first were confused as to why it was sour saying '' if we refill it, it'll taste the same''. After telling them I wanted a coffee from a new pot, they finally agreed. Hardly a minute later, the staff gave me a new drink. I suspected it wasn't from the new pot (which was still brewing), and I wasn't going to spend more time at that place as I was running late. Sure enough, the coffee given to me was WORSE tasting than the first one. 0 star experience, 0 customer service skills, and straight up waste of time and money. Owner or manager if you read this, RETRAIN The STAFF TO POUR ONLY FRESH COFFEE. If there is a complaint, DO NOT AGAIN SERVE EXPIRED COFFEE. This was an embarrassing interaction with the brand

Coffee definitely could have been better and so could the service. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The location was not the best, the tables weren't very clean and the workers didn't seem like they enjoyed their job very much.

Customer service is very disappointing at this location specially in the morning that people are in rush. I really don’t know why they accept the online orders while they actually don’t have the items . Ladies are polite but super slow . I think the manager really doesn’t know how to schedule the staff cause 2 staff in weekend mornings are definitely not enough.

Seriously, what is going on here and how can this be happening at an Iconic Canadian store on an Iconic high end street? Door is always broken, bathrooms always overflowing, tables super sticky with God knows what. and staff that clearly don't care?

Their main door has been broken open all winters and cold air blows in throughout the day even after multiple complaints. They don't even have morality and consciousness to fix it and provide some comfort to the customers sitting inside.

Your staff is very rude. Every time we go there, the person who takes the order has a bad face or responds in a rude way.As a person who works in a coffee shop providing customer service, I can understand that sometimes you are not having a good day or you are tired, but you don’t have to be like that, even when as a customer you try to understand them, their service is bad and rude

31st January, Wednesday, around 9pm.It's our first time in Canada and our first stop is Vancouver. We were looking forward to try Tim Horton's being a famous Canadian brand and it was a big disappointment. The service was poor. Two (2) staff on duty were unwelcoming, too busy chatting, can't be bothered. Apple fritter was too sweet, the hot chocolate was watery, very little to none on display and most of the items we ordered were not available. Restaurant was filthy, vacant tables were sticky, and just dirty. It wasn't even busy but the staff on duty were too busy chatting not to mention rude. They shouldn't be in the service industry. No more Tim Horton's for us.
