This location has been so inconsistent. Lately there have been 10 or so patrons everytime I come in waiting for orders and 4 staff members. Two members are always wandering around pretending to look busy while everyone waits. Low selection of pastries mid-day during rush peak times.

I am a paying customer and needed to use the restroom. The bathroom is locked and requires staff to buzz it open. I asked two different employees and After more than 20 minutes, no one opened the door and I gave up to go wash my hand. This is basic customer service and should not require repeated requests or such a long wait. Very disappointing experience.
