This Tim Hortans location is closing at 11:00pm and now its 9:48pm that I ordered Steeped Tea and 2 bagels but I am told that I cannot use the washroom since they have cleaned it and they have locked it. Seriously??? If you are closing at 11:00pm so customers are allowed to use the washroom if they need to before you close the store.This is not the first time they have done this but it was my mistake that I didn’t leave any review then.Cheap customer service Tim Hortans.

It's 8 pm and they don't have anything to serve here, also when they take my order, they tell me that the toilet is broken!!!I came here among all Tim Hortons and this is the situation here.

So much for the chicken parmesan flat bread. Bathrooms were out of service, so I didn't check before leaving, but this is ridiculous! Mostly dry, flat bread...

This place often forgets orders and frequently runs out of ingredients. Moreover, the hygiene is a concern, especially when the staff pick up donuts with gloved hands, not with paper. Overall, it leaves me worried about cleanliness.

ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels and wedges.. I got the coffee and bagels in few minutes, but the cashier said to wait for 10 minutes for the wedges. After 15 minutes there was no customer they were attending to ..4-5 customers who ordered after me..got their order and left and they forgot to prepare my rest of the order...they eye contacted each other that I am waiting..so I gave them more time...but after 12 more minutes I left... Very slow service.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager is terrible. Would not replace two stale dream donuts we bought for our kids which we were also told had filling (not the case). She made me wait for thirty minutes while she tried to find my exact receipt (bought half a dozen and three coffees) then claimed it wasn't in the system. This is the second issue I have had at this location and I will never be back. I'd rather pay extra to get better service at Starbucks.

I have been in Vancouver since January, and before that, I always thought Starbucks was my top 1 for fast coffee service. Turns out I tried Tim Hortons, and now it's my most frequent place to go before work. Even one time, I ordered my Hot Chocolate in the wrong location, and despite that, I decided to walk to pick it up (I had to walk like 10 blocks down), which means that beverage totally worth it. I gave to service 4 stars just because the personnel needs to be a little bit more attentive to mobile pick-up orders and the place's cleanliness.OH, AND THE TIMBITS ARE EXTREMELY DELICIOUSSSSS!!! For me, at least ?

It's roll-up-the-rim season. I rolled my rim, and didn't see anything. Then I read the cup better - it asked me to download the app. So I did. I then tried to roll the rim via the app. Unbeknownst to me, you need to ORDER via the app to roll the rim. Not jazzed about this. The fun has been sucked right out of rolling. Change it back! (This is a review for Tim's in general, not just the Broadway location.)

Like so many other reviews, no washrooms available. They have two in the premises. They said both are broken. When I was entering saw someone coming out of one of them. After me an older lady was there and they said no to her as well.I then asked for the manager because of the old lady to the manager. So rude, no care for our elders.Third time here in a month, first time both bathrooms not working.2nd time same story.Now today 3rd in a row.

The employee was very uncaring about food quality. The 2 blueberry fritters we ordered were barely glazed and had about 3ml at best 1 little bite of blueberry filling. I told her it was really bad and she looked at me like OH WELL I DON'T CARE AT ALL! and shrugged her shoulders. No care at all about customer service and satisfaction. I have found the donut quality bad these days compared to late 90s and early 2000s ... this makes me never want to buy your donuts again. When the Boston creams said now more filling Ifound them to still lack filling compared to years ago. So I haven't ordered any since for years now. This was at 1595 West broadway and Fir street vancouver bc canada
