This Timmy's has got the crankiest staff of any Tim Hortons I've been to. And in the winter, it is NOT the warm inviting place you expect it to be. They really need to turn the heat up!
I’m absolutely pissed. My mom, who has Parkinson’s, and has a walker, needed a bathroom while we were dining in at this location. They had absolutely no bathroom available for customers!!! They told me that we could go to Subway next-door. I went next-door to Subway only to be turned away by them. I have been in Vancouver since January, and before that, I always thought Starbucks was my top 1 for fast coffee service.
