I come here all the time for drinks or breakfasts. Services are ok, not much to complain about.
They recently added two ordering stations which is pretty good idea to take pressure off the employees.

This Tim Hortons location in Hastings is quite convenient, especially for me since I often visit the library nearby. It’s easy to grab something quickly. Compared to some other Tim Hortons locations, this one is really good. The atmosphere is nice, and the cleanliness is decent, though I think they could be more vigilant and clean more frequently.
I haven’t had a bad experience yet, so overall, I’d say it’s a good spot. The staff seems nice, but I would strongly recommend appointing a team leader to improve efficiency. They recently introduced kiosks, which I haven’t tried yet. Another plus is that they are open for long hours.
Overall, I’ve had a positive experience here!

Came in and Laya was the most amazing friendliest, happiest go getting, attentive hard working employee I've seen from any Tim Hortons chain I've seen in a very long time and whatever your paying her should be more because she's worth every cent, will definetely be back because of her! A+++

Its my first visit on this place ... i ll highly reccomend this loctaion of tim hortons coz staff is so good ... cleanliness on top .. kiosk facility for quick orders... one more thing if a customer ask fir the washrooms they happily reply as compared to other tim loctaions as they used to said out of order and many other shit reasons Overall a great service ....

One of the better run Tim Hortons around, the staff are amazing here, always friendly and smiling, they get your order right, it's pretty clean inside most times. This is a good one.

This location is so horribly disorganized. The staff seem incredibly stressed and overworked. Came in mid morning and decided to order through the kiosk as I just needed two coffees and the line was long.
After waiting over ten minutes and having 10+ patrons be served before me (including people who ordered at the kiosk after me), I decided to ask staff where my order was. Sure enough, they had cleared it from their screens without actually serving it.
Staff were incredibly apologetic and the location is very clean hence the two stars. I just think with so many other coffee shops available in this neighbourhood, the likelihood of me returning here is slim.
There seems to be very little organization and orders are just thrown onto the counter for customers to figure out on their own. I have worked in a chain restaurant before where your order processing time is monitored by corporate and the need for efficiency is paramount. I think this location could really benefit from having a team member serving as a expo to ensure that all orders are complete and handed off to the correct customers before clearing them on the computer screen.

Friendly atmosphere and the crew is super friendly. Leah the manager always greets me with a smile and treats her staff amazingly! I would highly recommend this location. Close to buses and other local businesses.

Good service, delicious coffee, amazing space. Only the men's bathroom is under maintenance, my husband hopes it will be open soon, so the women's bathroom will be cleaner. Tim Hortons is the face of Canada 🇨🇦
I have been coming to this branch every morning on the weekdays before work for months, and I just have to say that the morning weekday staff (8:45am-ish) is phenomenal. They are so helpful, so friendly, and they’ve even remembered that I’m a chronic cup-sleeve user and put it on when I order online. This Tim Hortons has the best customer service of any Timmy’s I’ve been to in the lower mainland, and they’ve done such small things to make my morning easier. I hope that their morning staff Mon-Friday are recognized for their hard work! I usually can’t see their name tags since they’re such busy bees in the morning, but this is the only fast food establishment where I wish I could tip.
