I know that this is fast food chain but can they be a little nicer when talking to customers I know they are working hard but sometimes their voices can be a little scary

Its a better tim Hortons. Fast service and some niceness from staff. Sometimes dirty. Floors and tables not kept up should have more cleaners

Bad customer service. The staff doesn't greet you or indicate that they saw you. When we asked if we could order she ignored us to finish what she was doing before answering. Once we stood in the lineup, in front of the register, they still didn't serve us so we ended up going to the self-service kiosk.

Not a good experience. Didn't buy any food only hot chocolate. I waited 10 mins without being acknowledged due to staff only focusing on food deliveries Finally my turn the girl behind the counter couldn't understand what I was ordering. How can you not understand hot chocolate...kids these days.

Tea was good. I was very disappointed with my crispy chicken wrap. Mostly lettuce. They put 2 of the smallest crispy chicken pieces I've ever seen. These people are not intelligent enough to use 2 strips instead on one if THEY ARE TINY!

The worst coffee ever! How can you make it this bad? Also I asked for a cup sleeve and the staff literally throw it towards me... she even was looking at the other way and didn't care if I got it or not... the only reason I give the additional star is the great manners of another staff which he apologized from me for what his colleague did... I certainly won't go back here anymore...

My flat bread is perfect every time. The only problem is the garbage can is full and they don't call your name when food is ready. I see a bunch of orders on the ready counter and people are waiting.. please say name!!

This is one of the only Tim Hortons. I will actually go to because I can honestly say they will not screw up my order in anyway shape or form. Yes, they do a lot of training of new employees which does bring down their speed at times but we should all have patience for those that are still learning, especially in a new environment as somebody who has had to be trained and not fully understand things immediately we should all have patience for those that are learning a new trade and a new field so unfair to say that the quality of the space or anything else is affected we all need to learn at some point Therefore we should all have patience for those that are learning so again this is the only location that I will actually spend my money at as they actually do their job, even if it takes a little longer for the new hires. The regular staff are absolutely amazing. They know how to get everything back on track when things start falling behind. I’ve watched it happen multiple times.
