Not a good experience. Didn't buy any food only hot chocolate. I waited 10 mins without being acknowledged due to staff only focusing on food deliveries Finally my turn the girl behind the counter couldn't understand what I was ordering. How can you not understand hot chocolate...kids these days.

My flat bread is perfect every time. The only problem is the garbage can is full and they don't call your name when food is ready. I see a bunch of orders on the ready counter and people are waiting.. please say name!!

This is one of the only Tim Hortons. I will actually go to because I can honestly say they will not screw up my order in anyway shape or form. Yes, they do a lot of training of new employees which does bring down their speed at times but we should all have patience for those that are still learning, especially in a new environment as somebody who has had to be trained and not fully understand things immediately we should all have patience for those that are learning a new trade...
