This is not a great Tim Hortons I'm afraid. I ordered a chai steeped tea with almond milk and at their 3rd attempt they got the order just about drinkable. The location was close to my hotel so convenient but I won't go back. First drink I got was a chai latte. I never even mentioned the word latte when I ordered. The second attempt was so so sweet I have no idea what they put in it but I had to return to the store as it was undrinkable. My third cup was just about drinkable but they put far too much milk in. I have ordered this drink in many Tim's stores all over Canada and this was deffo my worst experience sadly 😵💫

I ordered “small” americano, but I got a large one, which can happen. But the (northeast, probably) asian lady here said “so sorry” without even looking at me, no sincerity at all. She needs further training to learn how to deal with customers.

This store has been consistently the worst location for their iced caps compared to other stores. They don’t blend the product enough so it ends up as a cup full of cream with bits of flavoured ice at the bottom.

The girl tonight at 6:26 PM m lies and told me all of the washrooms are out of order because they are too lazy to clean them. She said “somebody made a mess is there “ I replied “all three of the washrooms?” It’s a lack of care that I’m sure translates to food prep so I’ll never go back.
Edit to add: deplorable customer service and I felt there may have been an element of racism.

The store opens at 6am but they open it 15- 20minutes late. Please change the timings or ask the staff to be more punctual bcz nobody is that much free to wait 10-15 minutes outside.

I came hear twice in two days, and they did not open on time. I arrived at 6:10am for a 6am opening and they were about 40 mins late opening. Staff are inside, we are knocking and no acknowledgement.
I preordered my coffee through the app so had no option but to wait.
Fine location, with great staff. Only comment is the music is obnoxious and loud if you want to dine in. I think it’s intentional to prevent loitering. The genre of music and volume is closer inline with a night club than a coffee shop.

Got my order wrong and didn’t bother to remake it properly. The worker doesnt speak English and messes up so much. Really disappointed

I was disappointed with the service during my recent visit. While I waited to place my order, two employees were busy cleaning equipment and didn’t acknowledge me or the two other customers waiting in line. Eventually, I decided to order through the app instead. Even then, the staff continued cleaning, though one eventually began taking orders. Overall, the lack of attention to customers was frustrating.
The staff were extremely slow.
