We came today at this branch of Tim Hortons after coming back from our work and were so hungry. We were polite while ordering, while the front cashier I believe she was a supervisor, was really rude or unresponsive. I got a bagel which was so stiff and hard to chew, I believe it was stale. I paid extra for all the veggies for add ons and still didn't get any in the bagel. My friend got a coffee which smelled and tasted like burnt. The food we got was wasted and now we just wasted our money. Wouldn't come here again. Again we expect friendly Customer service which so far wasn't seen here.

My mom was in hurry looking for a washroom urgently, asked staff if she can use the washroom if I buy something here and she said Yes
I wanted to purchase only 1 cookie but she charged for 2, and I still didn't complain it was not important and got 2 of them. She went to the staff room or kitchen at the back and talked to another staff and the other agent came out say No, they don't have public washroom to my mom sweating with stomachache
I wanted to throw the cookies and ask for refund but I didn't have time so I didn't
I think the first staff was new and didn't know the rule wasting our time and money I wish the staff had better communication first before charging us

I’ve noticed that the two girls working there are always very polite and friendly with customers. The gurl named Arsh and her co-worker is very polite. But they talk and treat people is really nice. Because of their good service, I love coming this tim hortons every day.”

Tim Hortons is always a good place to find Param working, which I enjoy. She is extremely hospitable, well-mannered and will always serve with a smile. She is fast, effective and ensures that the orders are correct each time. She is very positive in her attitude and makes the visit enjoyable even in the rush hours. It is remarkable how customer service of Param works out, and it does make the difference! I truly like her efforts and commitment!

I have updated my review to 1 start since Gurvir has left , I come here everyday and purchase multiple items through out the day . Many people in our office stoped coming here while I continued to support this location . Today I came in asked for a bagel with light cream cheese and got this I am shocked and then the lady spoke her language and said enjoy it. I felt like the lady was being condescending, and did this on purpose . You charge 1 dollar extra for no cream cheese !? I am just shocked to say the least !
