Absolute gem. Consistently good fresh food at a bargain prices. The spot is located at the malls food court on the upper level. Always coming back for more.

Great food made with love by family owned business. Surprised to find in a mall. The customer service was excellent. Looking forward to coming back here! Highly recommend it!

Over priced and Lacking Depth- The price for the Pho was $12.95 which is really expensive considering that it comes in one size and in a plastic bowl.- The Pho itself had decent noodles but every thing else was lacking. The beef special only came with 3 meats: beef ball, 'rare' beef and Brisket. It had barely any greens on top and only came with lime and bean sprouts.- Soup was very cloudy and just had no flavor. For $12.95 (Standard at a Pho restaurant) this is not pho standard and sadly this was one of the most disappointing bowls of Pho I've ever had.

DO NOT ORDER PHO TAKE OUTThey put the soup broth mixed with with noodles so by the time you get your food home the noodles are soggy and gross!!Sadly they used to, like other places, would give you the bowl of broth, side with noodles/meat & beansprouts/lime/basil, so when you go home you can add everything and enjoy. What I had today was a bowl of mush that actually made me sick to my stomach. Very sad experience ?

The spring rolls have a nice texture and taste to them. Really nice husband and wife business.

Used to be good. Have eaten here a lot and enjoyed the food in the past. Today ... Is the beef supposed to be this thick and the broth supposed to taste watery? Is the meat supposed to have a "weird" sheen to it? Is the spring roll supposed to have a strong taste like old fish? Maybe that's normal now? Maybe I'll find somewhere else to eat when I get out of the bathroom.
