Waited for over 35 mins to get a to-go order! And the taste is not good enough! Not recommended.
Food was very good, but it waits too long, at least wait about 30 minutes for one dishes.
Had to wait 20-25 mins for a basic chicken fried rice and there wasn't even a rush. There was barely any chicken in the fried rice. What kind of a Chinese takeout place can't even make a basic fried rice? Other dishes might be good, but avoid the fried rice.
Hidden gem, amazing portions, great taste and reasonable prices. My new go to location.
The beef noodle is good taste. However, the young girl is not polite to every customer.

Authentic and homemade tasting dishes. My only gripes are their waiting times (often quite long) and their unpredictable starting hours. I’ve often gone to Henderson Mall with the sole purpose of eating at Tong’s, only for them to be unexpectedly closed or delayed in opening by multiple hours.Considering that this is just a mom-and-pop food court stall, they still deserve 5 stars from the delicious food alone.

I ordered deep fried tofu but I was the 2 one to order and it took me 1 hour and I miss my class! People who was behind already got the food.

Really surprised they have very authentic Wuxi (無錫) style XLB, hard to find elsewhere in Canada
Xiao long bao is best I've tasted in the Tri-cities and better than some restaurants that supposed specialize in them. Reason being: the dumpling skin is thin, the meat juicy (some are dry and bunched together), and the vinegar dip comes with julienned ginger. Bonus - taste good, price is right. Yes, it's in a food court but value is there. Mom and pop food court store, great service. And the hot Hong Kong Milk Tea hits the spot!

Tastes like homecooked Chinese food for reasonable prices! The first dishes I tried was the Wonton soup which was light and comforting and their chicken wings which were super crispy and delicious. I will be back to try their other dishes!P. S. Went back to try their beef brisket noodles and the meat was tender and overall very delicious soup! I usually get this dish now.
Is this supposed to be this meatless? All chili pepper not a single piece of chicken without bone. Cost $18
