A Salad to Remember: The mix of spices and corn was an absolute game-changer, easily ranking this as one of the best salads I've ever tasted. I'd totally recommend it! On the other hand, the hot dog didn't quite make the same mark - the hot dog itself tasted just okay. The toppings on the poutine were a bit too much, drowning out the dish's potential though the waiter did let us know the poutine wasn't the best the day we were there. I'd go back again! The positive reviews are well deserved - cute, fun space, friendly service, and great food! The Mac Daddy and Kraken Dog were flavorful with tasty toppings and hot dogs. I got the poutine, and having never tried poutine prior to today, I can absolutely understand why this is a Canadian favorite! Their poutine was SO GOOD!!!

Great cocktails, delicious vegan hot dogs, and fast service! I tried the hail seitan which I really enjoyed and I will definitely be going back to try the other hot dogs!

I didn't love this. The hot dogs were kind of hard and chewy. I've had much better vegan hot dogs. We also got the poutine which I really liked the size of the fries but the gravy was a little too sweet.

Took a non-veg friend here for lunch today. We both ordered dogs (Hail Seitan and Ball Park) and a side of fries and 'caesar' salad. Really delicious and great, friendly staff.
They had an interesting selection of vegan hot dog toppings and yummy drinks. Stu, my server, was really kind and friendly.

This place is the bomb. I had the Classic Ballpark, Poutine, and the oyster mushrooms (think spicy chicken wing but mushrooms). All of it was so good, spot on. The poutine gravy was out of sight. Friendly staff too. All in all a great experience. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-14

I dropped by Good Dogs Plant Foods and used a coupon from my plant based deals book to get some food for takeout. The lady serving me was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a Poutine and a Ball Park Dog.Wish I could say the Poutine was good but in all honesty, it really didn't make the grade. The gravy was so thick that I had to shake the container in order for the gravy to fall out and onto the fries. Also, regular poutine comes with cheese curds. This poutine came with cheese shreds that didn't melt so there was no ooey gooey factor.The Ball Park Dog on the other hand was incredible! Their dogs really are good! Well, the place is called Good Dogs Plant Foods so plant based hot dogs are their specialty.I stopped eating meat sometime in 2019 so it's been years since I've eaten a hot dog. This was my first time eating a plant based hot dog and I was super impressed with it. Even our picky eater tried it and loved it! The restaurant has such a funky design to it too. There are all sorts of whimsical items adorning the place, and they had TV monitors with some trippy patterns displayed on them. Amazing salads, hot dogs, and the best fries in the city - hands down! this is a go to place for me - especially when I have friends visiting and we just want to have a good time and eat a really good meal. The decor is so unique and fun. I'm not vegetarian but their food is so good, healthy and veggie-forward, creative and comforting- very hard to find a place like this in the city. The service is also amazing and it's a female-led small business.
