Uncle Fatih's Pizza - NELSON

Pathetic service!
I called the store asking available options in Chicken Pizza and the dude responded “ I don’t know you need to come and see”
I like then why the hell are you even answering the calls if you don’t know, what are you selling? And if that’s too much for you then just learn how to interact with the customers.
This was my second time trying to deal with the store, but once again, a huge disappointment the first time I was handed over a pepperoni pizza when I ordered chicken finally left the store without even taking the order. And today, then they will feel like making an effort too give the order. The one star rating is for this particular location.

Uncle Fatih on Nelson Street is my go-to for pizza. The slices are always hot, loaded, and taste great every time. The staff are super chill and friendly, which honestly makes the experience even better. I’ve been here a bunch of times and it’s always solid. Definitely recommend.

Since when did this place change? It used to be my favorite pizza spot, but now it tastes like shit. I have no idea if these new employees know how to make pizza. I ordered two different slices, and both tasted the same—like dried, burnt paper dust.

I ordered pizza on friday night at 02:00am it is fresh and delicious i also tried before at store it was good and the taste of pizza i also best from other stores now i always choose this store to enjoy food here

THIS location is the absolute worst!! Staff (especially young woman who sits and scrolls on her phone as you enter, wait, and continue to wait) always looks so unhappy when you enter. God forbid you be grateful that someone wants to buy your product! Pizza is served cold, and now they're charging for boxes. I thought I would give them a second chance after my last visit (when they forgot about my order, ignored me, boxed my pizza and it just sat there in the kitchen). Definitely NEVER RETURNING now. Seriously, if you hate the food business - just quit!

First time trying this place and the pizza was excellent. Very pleasant young fella was working there and provided excellent service overall very pleased, definitely i would go back again.

Pizza was not good for the price. Their crust was extremely hard and hurt my mouth to eat, their cheese tasted moldy. I didn’t even notice ANY pulled pork on the pulled pork pizza. It said it was supposed to have extra pork ☠️☠️ also their sauce was not good at all

Ordered medium pizzas 2-3 weeks ago.. they were just ok, definitely not as good as in the past. Anyway I thought that maybe order bigger pizza so there is more “center” and less border so it is more tasty overall? Ok then I ordered 2 extra large pizzas and not only the topings micro size and hard to find but I ordered regular crust and got thin crust, that honestly it sucks, because somehow the toppings are also “thin”. So basically is not worthy of my weight gain… Disappointing, unfortunately.

On Wednesday night, July 23, around 8:30 PM, I had a very bad experience. The staff (a young Punjabi guy) kept me waiting for 25 minutes, and when the pizza was finally ready, he added sauce on it without asking me. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again.

the pesto cheese pizza always hits great and super affordable and super cheesy. cheese is not cheap so all the power to Uncle Fatih

Seems off recently. Never had any issues, but noticed that employees don’t wash their hand after handling cash and go straight to touching plates, utensils etc. Was picking up online order, two people in front of me: the whole time both of our pizzas were sitting there with open box ready for hand out.
Pizza is still great, but won’t go back to that location.
