Out of this world waffles. I've never been to Brussels, but I don't know how they could beat Nero. The Liege Benedict Waffle with Avocado was incredible, I never considered savory waffles before. It was crispy, fresh, and well flavored. I'm not usually a fan of spicy food or hot sauce, but their homemade hot sauce was a perfect blend of acidity, flavor, and heat adding just the right zest.
