I ordered one chocolate and one Caramel mochi because it was Thursday. I was debating what to order so I ordered a chocolate one and came back to order the caramel one.
I was excited to share the chocolate one with my friend’s daughter since her favourite is chocolate but when I opened it, it was an original cheese cake. I am super disappointed.
I know people can make mistakes, I get it.
But it is so unfair I paid for something that I didn’t mean to purchase.

They now have Ube clCheesecake rhis purple perfection is available for a LIMITED TIME only with their brand's signature fluffy, melt in your mouth. Japanese cheesecake with the distinct sweet, creamy flavor of ube. However, availability is not guaranteed due to its limited-time status and quantity. It is Uncle Tetsu's fluffy, cloud-like Japanese cheesecake that has been infused with the unique flavor of ube, a beloved Filipino ingredient. It tastes like a cross between vanilla and pistachio and brings a wonderful nutty flavor to complement the tangy cheesecake.

My absolute fav please to go for a nice snack. Delicious cheesecake & egg tarts.
Not sure why people complain about having fresh and hot cheesecake? they are not meant to eat warm/fresh. It's meant to be cooled down for at least 2 hours or longer (this is stated). Generally, I buy the cake and eat hours later or the next day and the texture becomes perfect.

Their cheesecake is so light and fluffy, which makes it so much more enjoyable than a typical dense cheesecake! Their seasonals such as the yuzu flavour is a great twist of their classic. You cannot leave Robson St without grabbing a cake first.
Shout out to Raman and Gagan for impeccable service today!!
The original Japanese cheesecake here is excellent. It's incredibly soft and fluffy, and it’s not too sweet.
the absolute BEST! 👏 forever in love with the classic but they just keep getting better and better with the flavors 🍵

As a tourist from a city who does not have an Uncle Tetsu, I am amazed on your staff professionalism and service wherever the location (Toronto, Vancouver, etc.).
I visited the Robson Street location in Vancouver (1151 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6E 1B5) on Wednesday, June 11 around 9:30 AM (opening time). The male associate working the front cash register. He was kind, friendly and overall great customer service. I hope he gets the credit he deserves. Thank You!
Went visit on June 6th, 1:45pm. The cashier was so patient and friendly. Love her!! The food was good too!!
I just placed my first Uber Eats order from Uncle Tetsu’s Robson location, and I’m beyond impressed! Not only did I receive a friendly phone call from an incredibly kind and funny team member who offered great suggestions, but my order also arrived with a heartfelt handwritten message. It truly made my day. The staff here go above and beyond to create a memorable experience—this kind of care and personal touch is so rare. Thank you, Uncle Tetsu Robson, for the amazing service and delicious treats!

Their cheesecakes are excellent.
The Japanese cheesecake here is really fluffy and moist, while also melting in your mouth. It’s not too sweet, so it feels like you can eat a lot at once. It’s delicious, I really recommend it!
Fresh and perfectly baked.

I’ve always been a fan of uncle tetsu’s cheese tart for years, but I’m really disappointed with the purchase this time. The filling is super liquid and not creamy at all. Even the next day, after more than 12hours in the frig, the filling is still very liquid (see picture). I’ve never seen uncle tetsu’s cheese tart in this state. In addition, there’s hair-like dust on the surface of each cheese tart.

Good take out spot for fluffy Japanese cheesecakes. They do certain flavours on certain days of the week e.g. matcha is only available on Mondays and Wednesdays. All cheesecakes at $15.50. The matcha cheesecake was very tasty, and still warm when we bought it, however the bottom was soggy, most likely from being boxed too soon after coming out the oven. A couple hours later the bottom still had a soggy taste which was disappointing.
