Nice and delicate. Bit Akbar Mashti needs more saffron

Having lived in Vancouver for 10 years I’d never stopped in before, but late last night went in on a whim for my partner’s birthday.

We were very lucky to have arrived with Ryan on shift. He was a quiet guy but super attentive to both of us, had great insights on what flavours we might enjoy.

I really enjoyed the Almond Lemon and the Midnight Chocolate, and we ended up going with Midnight for our order.

Ryan made sure to allow us one extra sample of the Almond Lemon on the way out, which was super kind. I will absolutely be coming back for more given the great taste and fantastic service.

I believe the gelato here is made in small batches with high-quality ingredients. Flavours like dark chocolate, salted caramel and Italian cherry really stand out for their rich taste and smooth dense texture. My child can’t get enough of the coconut sorbetto and the refreshing fruit flavours.

The shop feels cozy and inviting, with a clean design and friendly counter service. They let us sample a few flavours before deciding, which is a big plus. Evenings are quieter, but lines do form on warm afternoons, so heading over for a mid-day treat can save you a short wait.

Prices seem reasonable for Vancouver and match the quality you get. A single scoop is plenty to satisfy without feeling like you’ve overpaid. Pints to take home are handy, though popular flavours can sell out by late afternoon. Seating is limited, so during busy times you might need to enjoy your gelato on the go rather than hanging out inside. This place is one of the better spots in Vancouver for genuine Italian-style gelato.

Great service and great gelato. Had a difficult time choosing between the Roasted Pistachio and the Blueberry Cheesecake. Happy to learn thaf they are open quite late. My friends and I were able to enjoy our gelato leisurely.

Very good gelato here. Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my treat!
There are a couple benches to sit outside the entrance and some stools inside.

One of our favorite spots for a post dinner dessert. Sometimes, a reward.

My boyfriend and I did the gelato making class together with Maestro Andres as the teacher. It was such a memorable and enjoyable experience/date. You learn a lot about the science of gelato making and get to try using the equipment. Plus you go home with a generous amount of gelato and sorbetto and get to try a whole bunch of their flavours. I would 100 percent recommend this laid back and unique experience to anyone!

Had the most amazing time doing their gelato workshop with a friend for her bachelorette celebration. The class was packed with so much value, where you first get to learn about gelato/sorbetto composition and ingredients. Then as a group we do specific tasks to eventually end up making gelato!! The class comes with a gelato flight tasting, one scoop of your flavor of choice and a pint of each flavor to take home!!! It was so worth it and I would highly recommend as a fun activity to do with friends/family/partners ❤️ Their classes usually only run from October to April but apparently they are planning to run classes once a week this year during the summer!!

Incredible gelato! We took a class here, and the gelato is made in small batches with carefully curated recipes. The pistachio is a must try

The Migao hot chocolate festival drink was too sweet and too heavy. I’m not sure about this melted mozzarella with soft bread and crackers.
