A small cozy place hidden on the boardway. It seems to be impossible nowadays to have more pieces of beef in a pho. Since most restaurants want to lower their costs, I always only expect 3-5 pieces of meats in even a large size pho. But here for an extra large pho which costs $14.35 you can get around 10! Other than price, their broth is so good so that I finished up all the broth. I am so glad to find it and tried it today.

The pork chops were super delicious, tender and flavourful! The soursop smoothie had a mix of sweetness and sourness, and was refreshing. The Bahn mi I got was decent, there was no paté which I know some people don't like.

This place is so good! It's very affordable and everything I've had here has been better than a standard vietnamese restaurant fare. I don't know why it hasn't been busier the times I've gone! It must be more of a takeout place. Regardless, highly recommend, it's delicious!

It was very unpalatable. The spring rolls were fried freshly from the frozen layer. The rice noodles stung the throat and made me feel extremely uncomfortable after eating them. Maybe there were no customers due to the road construction in front of the door, so the quality was too poor.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant and decent price! Seating is super cozy!Banh mi lemongrass chicken was delicious. The bread was perfectly crisp but the chicken has some chewier parts which isn't as good. Beef noodles are good, doesn't taste like msg but a little too salty. Service is nice and we got free fortune cookies! Overall, pretty good!
I think the reviews here are a bit misleading - it really depends on what you order. I went with their Large House Special Beef Pho, which didnt feel large at all (apart from broth). Just a few thin slices of beef, disappointed, and the soup was quite one-dimensional. Beef meatballs were flavourful, and the tea was nice.Gent next to me had the grilled beef with rice, and that seemed much more substantial and delicious (costing almost the same). Prices were ok, but value proposition wasnt good.
