Went here Friday evening with a couple friends and the grilled lemongrass pork vermicelli bowl was exactly what I needed after a long week. Our server remembered we asked for extra herbs on the side without us repeating it, which felt like a small thing but made the whole meal easier. Came in around 1 pm on a Saturday, wasn't busy at all and service was quick.
The banh mi ga was very delicious, with super crunchy but soft bread and you could tell the chicken was fresh.

We tried Viet Flavour after wandering around Gastown for most of the afternoon and needed somewhere to sit down and warm up. The pho we ordered came out steaming with a rich, well seasoned broth, definitely one of the better bowls we've had in the city. Service was attentive without being pushy, and the server even recommended a couple of local spots for us to check out afterward. Parking was easy to find nearby too, which made the whole evening stress free for us.
