I recently visited Wa-baggle and had an amazing experience! The bagels are incredibly fresh and delicious, with a perfect balance of chewiness and flavor. A japanese take on bagels, which have a very different chew and softness level versus montreal or new york style bagel. I love all the unique flavours that they have, plus the fact that they’re seasonal. We got the matcha mochi and red bean & cream cheese for around $5, which had a nice japanese twist to them. Probably will stick to their sweet offering as I feel like I would prefer a more traditional dough for bagel sandwiches.

The best bagel in ALL of Canada! The sweet bagels with red bean paste, the savory ones with Montreal-style smoked meat... everything is more than excellent!
In addition to the friendly service, this place really has everything going for it, and the little hassle of finding the place (basement of an apparently "business" building) is well worth it!
