Water St. Café is a great restaurant located in Vancouver's historic Gastown district, just steps away from the famous steam clock. They offer a fresh Northwest-inspired menu with some Italian-based items. The grilled salmon is a highlight, prepared thoughtfully and served with fresh, locally-sourced vegetables and a delicious maple vinaigrette sauce. The fries and both the beef and salmon burgers also receive high praise. The staff is attentive and the food is fabulous. It is definitely worth a visit for a delicious meal in a convenient location.
