It was very busy and took a long time to get my food. They were a little overwealmed but they did a great job.

Had burger done super fast, cheese wasn't even melted! and then put down the fryer items. Burger was cold by time all food was served. Burger also slapped together lettuce was falling out one side.

I just ordered at this location’s drive thru cheese egger n ice coffee and the lady at drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t see her nametag, but she was a half blonde kinda highlights with brown hair And she closed the window at our face. And this is such a nonsense gesture with poor customer service .

Should train employees at better customer service. And employees must know how to treat people with respect n obedience.

She told we have cars behind (it was 2-3 cars), i get it but you should know how to take orders not only quickly but clearly and especially with respect n politeness.

Extremely disappointed in the very morning by this lady.

The one star off atmosphere was because of a rude doordash delivery guy. It had nothing to do with the staff or location. I get a baconator on my birthday every year since 2010.

I ordered a baconator and my first words were “no ketchup no pickles because I’m allergic”. And the lady at the counter (Jass) told me not to worry that those items don’t even come with ketchup or pickles.
I had to wait 10min in line for my food just to find out on my first bite that my hamburger had Ketchup and pickles!
I can’t understand I was super clear.
So I come up to the counter and tell them what’s going on and Jass literally just said “I’m sorry I can give you next meal free”.
Had to used their washroom to throw up as much as I can and left the restaurant immediately.

DISAPPOINTED!!

Went here to get the krabby patty combo, first time at wendys and was pretty excited. Searched up online that the krabby patty was a daves burger with special sauce, the staff notified us that they ran out of the sauce so we literally just paid extra for nothing, the pineapple frosty that was part of the promo tasted weird and the atmosphere of the place was grim and smelled weird

I’m really disappointed with the service at this Wendy’s location. The staff seem poorly trained, and they don’t handle orders efficiently. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the wait is ridiculously long, even when it’s not busy. It’s frustrating to see how disorganized everything is, and it really affects the overall experience. I expected better service from Wendy’s, but this location continues to let me down
