The only complaint I have about Wendy's is the fact that there is absolutely NO WAY for me to order an Extra Large Frosty online. And I've tried every delivery/ordering system out there including wendys itself. I've even called wendys amd spoke to staff about this issue but they do not seem to see it as an issue.... but it is for me because the only way I can get my extra large chocolate frostys is if I order it at wendys in person!!! Such an inconvenience! Please considering finding a resolution so everyone can order extra large frostys online!!!!

Wendy's is my go-to fast food restaurant. Excellent food and incredible value in my opinion. The chili cheese nachos are great on the side or for a small quick snack. The taco salad and even just the chili on its own, really offer a nice variation. I just started ordering the Frosty-cino ,(like mochaccino), because I like coffee drinks, and I like the coffee they use to make it. It's not very sweet on its own, so I usually ask for more sweetener.

Visited Wendy's on the morning of April 13th, 2024, for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed. Indulged in their flavorful spicy chicken sandwich, perfectly baked potatoes, and a refreshing smoothie. The atmosphere was inviting and the price point was just right. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal experience!
Surprised this restaurant still survives and people still come to eat. Maybe the food is unique and there is not many around but the service is really really bad. Staff appears to be very very unpleasant everyday !

I have to first start by saying I did call head office and within a half an hour they called me back and rectified the problemI was there yesterday and I ordered 5 items I ordered their chicken nuggets they're white chocolate strawberry frosty their cheddar burger their similar bites and their junior cheeseburgI asked for everything to be done hot everything was barely room temperature and I asked for extra pickles and extra onions and there was just the regular amount of pickles and the regular amount of onions I guess they never gave me a receipEven though I asked 4 A receiptChicken nuggets were a 6 out of TenTheir honeymustard Sauce is a 10 out of 10Their cheddar burger was a 7 out of 10Their junior burger was a 7 out of 10Their white chocolate strawberry frosty was 3 out of 10 it was not very good at all I'm glad that I only ordered the small one it had absolutely no flavor the chocolate on top was white and crunchy and it never melted and it got stuck in my teeth and it's still never melted I got a little bit on my dashboard and I sat there for a while and it still never melted something's up with thaWhat was the biggest disappointment was the Cinnabon biteIt was a huge disappointment it was slightly underbaked it was dry it didn't even fill the container yes it did taste like cinnamon and that's about it I would never order that again I did ask for them to make that fresh and it probably been sitting there since this morninAll in all I was very happy with the customer service as not only did I talk to someone at head office I did talk to someone at the store so their Service skills are a 10 out of 10 that was greaWould I go back to this location at eighth and Campbell yes I would but I probably would order less stuff and ask for it to be made fresh and double check before I left the storeJust a note if you have a large car and you're trying to go through the drive through don't you'll never be able to get through it's super super tight but they do have lots of parking in their parking lot and it's free

The $5 Cinnabon and small coffee was very disappointing..went a 4pm on Tuesday 09APR,. The coffee was surprisingly good, but the Cinnabon pull apart was much smaller than expected, and served in a gravy pot.I would never pay $4.49 for the Cinnabon when not on promo. Give it a pass...
