My fav go to place every weekend however when I brought my boyfriend here today at 11am, Nov29. The lady was rude and it seems like she doesn’t like what she’s doing. We are not sure if she’s worried about the prep she’ll make or something personal. Such a weird atmosphere. I miss the customer service of the young lasy who was here probably 1 month ago.

Honestly, great tasting food. I have been coming here for a bit. The new lady who served us was incredibly rude, seemed like she didn't like her job. Also, everytime I asked for a topping she put like a quarter of the scoop. I understand this industry is hard and you have a lot to prep but I'm a customer. I pay money to eat the food, not the air. Every time I asked for more she gave me a really rude look. This place will loose business due to employees like this.
Their Coast bowl is my go-to! So fresh and tasty. They have daily rotating specials too.
I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, but my most recent visit was absolutely terrible. The lady working there today was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made me feel completely unwelcome. What bothered me even more was that her attitude felt personal almost like it was about who I am. The way she spoke to me and treated other customers differently made it hard not to feel there was some racism behind it.
I’ve never had an experience like this at this restaurant before, which makes it even more disappointing. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect and definitely not because of their background. Management needs to seriously address this kind of behavior before it drives more people away.

Very nice looking restaurant but I was a little disappointed by the size of the regular/medium poke. I regularly get bowls from Pacific Poke and Pokerrito restaurants that are in the same area (and for the same price) and rhey are much bigger. Large is $20. It was a good tasting poke but I might skip this one next time..

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and never had any issues as I always ordered the same thing.
Ordered the smoke bowl with salmon instead of tuna, with the base being salad.
Got home after 20 mins, ate……..3 hours later……my stomach wasn’t feeling it.
Definitely won’t be back as there are many other options for poke.

The best poke in Vancouver! Ingredients are always fresh with a decent serving size. The staff are very friendly and efficient and they also have a good rewards system! Will always be my go to!
Very good food
The service was amazing and the staff was nice and patient
I ordered from my office using hungerhub and my stomach got REALLY upset after having it
Taste was a bit off and the amount of food wasn’t generous at all. It supposed to be large bowl. Miso soup came cold.
