Last week was the first time we came to that restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the excellent cuisine and wine and with the modest pay. We will definitely visit there again.

This is the owner of Wheelhouse Seafoods. I just wanted to address the review of Jacqueline G. which unfortunately I didn't notice til today. I wish that Jacqueline would have brought her concern to my attention when this happened. I'm sorry she felt she did not get good service. But the lady who served her is a long time , very trusted employee and I assure you she would never switch a piece of fish on anyone nor would anyone here. We have been in business in this community for over 17 years and would not have lasted so long by being dishonest. We stand very firmly behind our family reputation and behind our most trusted employee.

I've been a regular customer of Wheelhouse for the past several years and have always found the quality of their product to be excellent. That changed today when I purchased a $30 piece of Sockeye Salmon, and asked the woman behind the counter ( not the owner ) if I could leave it in the fridge for a few hours while I continue shopping so it doesn't get too hot in the car. She said no problem. When I returned it was clear that the piece of fish I purchased had been exchanged for a different and far less appealing piece, which also appeared to be slightly smaller. When I said it was a different piece from the one I selected I was told that was not possible and that no one had touched it. Sadly, this was an obvious falsehood, so I'm very disappointed that today was my last visit to this establishment.
