We’ve visited this place on halloween and a total of three times now, and each time Carlo has been our server — he’s absolutely fantastic! His service is consistently attentive, friendly, and professional. Carlo always makes us feel welcome and remembers our preferences. The food and atmosphere are great, but his outstanding service truly makes the experience even better. Highly recommend asking for Carlo if you visit!

My wife and I had the sirloin steak and it was great, it is as the offer is and is really delicious; also some beers. Due to the time it was empty (around 1340hrs) but anyway it is a good place to go.

I was back in BC on Friday and stopped by for lunch at your Homer and Dunsmuir location, where I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jake had transferred over from North Vancouver. It was even nicer to find that he still remembered the sign language my hearing impaired daughter had taught him, and that he had made the effort to learn a few more words and phrases for the next time he saw us.

I'll definitely make a point of returning to this location the next time I'm in BC.

Have had super slow service here a couple times now, including this time. Ate dinner here and ordered a pie to go. Took the pie home and the. realized it was frozen. Didn’t realize take out was cook at home too. Should have sent baking instructions if you’re sending frozen food as takeout

It took 1 minute to get seated. 15 minutes for the server to notice we were here. 1 minute to place an order. 10 minutes for the food to come. 10 minutes more for the server to return with an item missing from the order. 15 minutes for us to eat. Then 30 minutes to wait for the server to come back . We had wanted to order pie but decided that we did not want to spend the rest of our day here so asked for the bills. The restaurant was not busy. Less than half of the tables had other guests.

Jake and his staff run a great show here. We came on Friday evening and had a lovely time. Eric our server was brilliant, the food was lovely and it was very reasonably priced. Perfect. We came back on Monday as it had been so good. We'll done Jake.

If you are attending a game, concert, show or event don’t come here before hand. The service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. I sat for 10-minutes in an empty restaurant before someone came by. She told me the hostess never bothered to advise her there was a customer waiting. Some people are not made for customer service, unless of course your dad or uncle owns the franchise. I left because there’s no way I was risking poor service to miss the start of the show. I walked 3-minutes to Library Square Bar, where I was greeted right away, and promptly served my dinner order and drinks in a timely manner.

The fries were the highlight. The burger was OK. The kid's mac 'n cheese had noodles that were too hard and very, very light on the cheese. The classic bellini slush machine was broken, so went with the berry. Tasted like crushed ice with vodka. Been to many White Spot locations, so sad to say this experience was disappointing. Service was good, and the atmosphere was to my liking.

Great place to grab a bite before heading to the theatre! The food and service were excellent. It's conveniently located around the corner from the QE Theatre.
