As soon as I stepped in into this restaurant, I felt surprised because of the atmosphere and the service. Even though I just had a takeout, the burgers were just superb. Next time when I come back to Vancouver, I will definitely come here again!

We stopped into White Spot Dunsmuir for a Saturday morning breakfast with a group of six, arriving around 10am. To our delight, we were seated right away, with no wait.
The service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to keep our coffees and water topped up, always appreciated during a busy breakfast!
As for the food, the portions were generous across the board. Whether you go for a classic breakfast plate or something a bit heartier, you won’t leave hungry. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal, and it’s safe to say we’d happily come back for another round.
A solid downtown breakfast spot with great service, big portions, and a relaxed, easygoing vibe.

Today at 4:00 I come in as I normally do, I’ve never had somebody do my drink order wrong twice, to the point where I had to show her the picture of the drink to finally get it right.
She took so much time with a drink that my meal didn’t get picked up till much later, and of course it was as made wrong, there was no cheese added, so she came out with a plate of cheese…. after it been sitting for even longer, it became cold, so she didn’t take my word for it and put her finger in my food……….Then went to the kitchen and did who knows what to my meal probably put it in the microwave, this is the most horrendous service I’ve ever had there please so better, all your servers are normally really great, but you can’t have somebody that incompetent working there.

In this type of family restaurant White Spot is offering fresh local British Columbia produce well-prepared and not too expensive. Healthy options that are tasty!!!
And, it feels so GOOD to encourage a Canadian chain. Good service and warm ambiance. (We were just disappointed because we thought breakfast was all day, breakfast ends at 2pm…we had just flown in)…

Very slow food preparation. Waiting for a to go is very painful. Would not want to go anymore. Just use uber app at whatever food delivery app. Its just not worth the wait. I ordered a burger and a spagetti which took almost took forever.

Great service here. I tried the turkey breakfast wrap. It was great. Very big portions. Our server went above and beyond. She helped us twice to call us a cab as the first one was scooped up on us and left us out in the cold.
I ordered off of uber eats and they sent me a pasta with no sauce after I payed almost 30$ for it…. Thank you white spot……. I eat this in the restaurant and get better quality than this. Disgusting.

Slow and unfriendly service. The staff isn't really rude but not very friendly. I didn't have a terrible experience or anything, just didn't feel welcome. Too bad for them! I'm a loyal customer to people with a friendly service.
