Cozy restaurant. The entry is small if you are waiting for a table. Can be busy. The restaurant allowed us to leave and 20mins later phoned us to let us know our table was ready. Great service.
Parking: The lot can be busy but turnover is quick.

Every White Spot needs a Nina. I mean, Every restaurant needs more Nina. Great service overall. She was genuinely kind hearted and lovely. The kitchen crushed it too! My modded Monty Mushroom burger, was perfect. 10/10 best one I've had.

Purely writing this review to give Shirle a shoutout—she was our waitress and she was so beyond kind and knowledgeable! I've never been to White Spot before so I didn't know what to get, and she gave really good recommendations. She made time and regularly checked in on our table even though it was a busy Friday night.
Food was so good. Best burger I've ever had I think. Thank you Braised Beef Burger. And an even bigger thank you to Shirle!

Went for dinner with a friend early Thursday evening, and decided on White Spot for something simple and casual. Haven't been this one in years.
It was quite busy but didn't have to wait for a booth. That is one of the things I like about White Spot is they have many booths, including 2 person booths for cozy dinner.
Decided to try their new comfort menu so ordered the Home-Style Pot Roast. It arrived quite quickly and it was very flavorful, with tender meat. A new favorite!
Overall service was fine, although a little slow, but it was peak dinner hour. Pleasant experience.

The guy and the girl at the takeout -- I should have asked for their names -- did an EXCELLENT job helping me. The guy felt so bad for me when I made a mistake...he was so patient with me and compassionate while I tried to figure things out. Both of them were so helpful and cheerful-- now that's customer service.
