The child ordered a takeout steak, which cost over 47 dollars. When he got home, he saw that the steak was very small, and was completely black and completely burnt. They would not dare to serve it in the store, so he took it back. They dared to take risks at home, but they also forgot to go to the store to change it immediately and threw it away. What a lesson. I just remind everyone to try to order takeout in the future, open it and take a look before leaving!

MY PARTNER GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THEIR POT ROAST DINNER AND WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM. CALLED MANAGER AND EXPLAINED HOW OFTEN WE EAT THERE AND HAVE NEVER HAD A REASON TO COMPLAIN BEFORE, EXCEPT HE IS STILL VERY ILL. WE GO TO THIS STORE ONCE A WEEK AND THE MANAGER SAID THEY HAVE NEVER IN THEIR STORE HISTORY HAD ONE COMPLAINT OF THIS TYPE AND THAT WE WOULD NEVER GET COMPENSATION FOR MY PARTNER'S DISH. STAY AWAY, HE HIMSELF LOOKS VERY UNHYGENIC AND SLOPPY DRESSED. WE DON'T LIKE COMPLAINING, BUT THIS COULD HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE WITH THIS PARTICULAR DISH AND THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THAT.

Quick update. My partner is still in VGH hospital and the doctor has taken samples from the oral discharge showing that he has been poisoned with ecoli. Now we have informed our family solicitor who says the way that manager handled such a seriousness situation, he is confident that we will most certainly receive compensation for beyond what we asked for. WE only wanted him to report the issue to appropriate health authority. This post was only to let others know how much they really care. At least now the health authority will make sure that their kitchen and food handling and storage will be thoroughly. Hope that this will benefit this store's patrons.

I’d never eaten here before. Feels like I’ve stepped back in time, to a nostalgic era of root beer floats and drive in burgers. Until I see the $$ haha, it’s a bit pricey, but I was very happy with the food.
There is too much pasta. I recommend sharing it between two people.

White Spot always an old favorite . Had the shared tomatoes and spinach benny, which was very good. Would gave given 5 stars but the ketchup came in a plastic cup instead of a reusable metal cup. White Spot plastic reduction needs to be more of a corporate priority. Would be great to become more of a leader on thus.

White Spot Kitsilano is a nice, cosy spot, but it feels like it's mostly catered to a more elderly crowd. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, which some might find appealing, but the experience left me a bit underwhelmed. Unfortunately, they only offer drip coffee, which isn’t ideal if you're hoping for something a bit more flavorful or diverse. As for the food, it's not terrible, but it’s also not great – somewhere in between. The quality could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s an okay spot if you’re looking for something simple, but not quite what I’d consider a top choice.

White Spot always can deliver a quality meal fairly quickly and our visit here was no different.
We were a table of 5 walk ins and were found a table quickly at lunch time.
In and out in about an hour and 10 min, which suited our schedule perfectly.
