A great variation of ice cream - I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake, but would be interested in trying other flavors as well. I would recommend sharing a portion; it is quite heavy for one person.

It’s a nice spot to casually stop by after eating around the area. The portion was generous, and it wasn’t too sweet — really tasty 😋

I got the mango slushie and it tasted pretty good! They have a good number of seats, and the staff was friendly and communicative. Unfortunately, they can’t make the bingsu dairy free, but they can make their milk teas with oat milk if you ask. The fruit teas and slushies are dairy free, of course.

I recently visited Winter Bear Dessert and Tea House for the third time and it never disappoints! I ordered the mango cheesecake bingsu and the portion was generous, featuring sweet ripe mango. The overall sweetness was just right, not overly sweet, which is often a concern with desserts. What I loved most is that they added real cheesecake pieces inside the bingsu, making each bite a delightful mix of mango and cheesecake instead of just ice. The bingsu was incredibly soft and smooth, creating a sense of pure happiness with every mouthful. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The lady is super nice and the food is excellent
Worker was so nice and accommodating!!! We tried mango, brown sugar pearl, and banana cream pie, and they were all good but mango was definitely the best 🙂

We got the strawberry matcha and the tiramisu bingsu. The strawberry was a little sour since its out of season, but it balanced well with the matcha ice cream. For the tiramisu, it was aesthetically pleasing and creamy. Good tiramisu flavour. Recommend requesting more condensed milk if you think you need it.

I was genuinely impressed with my order. I’m not usually a big matcha fan, but I decided to give it a try and I was blown away. The matcha flavor was noticeable without being overpowering, and it blended perfectly with the other ingredients. It was so good that I just kept wanting more. I highly recommend trying the matcha strawberry!

Even the cold weather couldn’t stop us from getting some bingsu! The bingsu here is amazing, every flavor looks so good that it’s hard to choose just one. This was actually from last year, but I just thought of leaving a review now because it definitely deserves it.

The mango bingsoo is so really good, lots of mango chunks that pair well with the bingsoo. This is the large size, good to share between 2 or 3 people. I will come back to get other things.
The snack size is good if you can’t decide on 1 flavour so you can just get 2 different ones!
