Excellent Italian coffee, bustling location, outdoor seating which I would love them to maintain for the winter months. Pizzas & sandwiches are tasty but the sweets selection is unfortunately lacking unless you want gelato which is yummy, nice variety of flavours. Opens late & closed Sundays in winter which is annoying for a busy neighbourhood. Chez Nous is nearby for great pastries & Valoroso on Pacific has good Italian coffee as well.

Went here with my brother and sister for gelato, milkshakes, and coffee. The place itself has a quiet, European-Italian theme, which I liked. But the gelato wasn’t memorable. I ordered the chocolate chip flavor, expecting something creamy and rich, but it tasted more like an icy sorbet with chocolate pieces. I was hoping for more depth and creaminess in the chocolate flavor. Overall, it’s a nice spot to sit and relax, but I wouldn’t go back for the chocolate gelato.

I was passing by and noticed this charming dessert/espresso bar. So I decided to check it out since it was open at 9am. I also noticed a bunch of people coming out with coffees and bags of pastries heading back to their cars.
I step inside. Wow, there's a bright lit up display of gelatos. I got the pistachio sample and I was hooked. There were many other flavors but there will always be a next time 😊
I got a double hot Americano cause I felt a little tired. Nice bold flavor throughout sipping. Service is very friendly. There isn't too much seating inside but that's fine. I loved my experience here. It was a cozy morning. 😊

Ok gelato but very unfriendly. I tried one flavor and wanted to try one other and they refused saying only one sample allowed. I certainly understand not letting it get out of hand by asking for several but I think saying no after one is ridiculous and not customer friendly. I’ve been to countless ice cream/gelato vendors and never refused a sample after one until now.
I ordered a scoop in a cup anyway and was tiny in an even tinier cup! They seem obsessed with maximizing profit over the customer experience.
There are much better options like ‘perfecto’ a short walk away. And they offer samples without attitude!

Cafe was a nice space to sit and chat. We found the gelato flavours just average, though there were a lot of options! We eat a lot of gelato though and these did not feel as rich in texture or flavour as we have had before. Still decent though!
Neat venue with a nice range of old school gelato, pizza plus milkshakes which are hard to find. Especially liked the salted caramel, so good. Good option too was the hazelnut, totally worth going back for as of excellent quality. They do milkshakes which you can't find many decent ones in Vancouver. Have pizza and cookies baked right there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Shop front is right on the street with two entries. Clear space inside for accessibility.

Still my favorite place to visit when we go on holidays. I have a new favorite besides the gelato. The vanilla frappe with whipped cream mmm mmm m! Must get the ice is so smoothe it's perfect 10/10. If you want to go down memory lane get the banana gelato -
