Been coming here for years, and yes, cash only and yes, they don't really speak English, but you don't get better neighbourhood prices for popular seafood items. Great little spot. Crab (King, Dungeness, Blue), mussels, geoduck, oysters, clams, etc.
A great place to get different, non run-of-the-mill stuff, like fresh sablefish, salmon belly, or shrimp with pinchers. Things you wouldn't find at supermarkets, and at lower prices than other specialty seafood stores.

Was looking for fresh rock cod and this time of the year (Dec) they are hard to find with the halibut season winding down. Always driven by this place on my way to dim sum or Cantonese restaurants on Victoria Drive and decided to stop in and look and was pleasantly surprised they had a whole tank of live rock cod.
