Apoorvi is absolutely incredible. She makes Yummy Slice the reason I go back time and time again every week. Fantastic pizzas at Yummy Slice, service and her pizzas are a world of difference above the rest!

Disappointing Delivery Experience

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Yummy Slice Pizza on Davie Street. I placed my order at 6:25 PM, and the estimated delivery time was between 7:20 and 7:40 PM. It’s now 8:05 PM, and I’m still waiting for my pizza. Not to mention they required a min of CAD 25.00 in order to place a delivery order.

When I called the store, I was told that the driver was “on the way to pick up the pizza” and that it would arrive within 5 minutes — which made no sense considering the pizza hadn’t even been picked up yet.

This is completely unacceptable. If the restaurant is running behind, at least be transparent and update customers instead of giving unrealistic time frames. Waiting nearly two hours for a pizza with no proper communication is just frustrating and unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Yummyslice Pizza! I wasn’t sure which chicken pizza to go for, but Yuvraj was super helpful in recommending the right one. He patiently explained the pizza meal options and helped us choose the perfect pizza based on what we were looking for.

Yuvraj was respectful, friendly, kind, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The pizza was freshly made, served quickly, and honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. So yummy indeed!

What stood out even more was the exceptional customer service we received from Yuvraj. He even came by to check if everything was good with our meal. It's rare to see such thoughtful and attentive service these days.

Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
