This place makes the best phoenix/chicken cookies in Vancouver! My entire family is obsessed with cookies only from this bakery. It's also owned by a sweet man who always greets us with a smile! Yummy, cheap, and GREAT VALUE! The filled buns are huge, and they have 6 for $6.50 coconut/pineapple bun.
Plus they also sell steamed buns and some hot dim sum (rice rolls).

The fresh meat rice rolls were fantastic and serve pretty fast and piping hot. I would buy more meals when I come by the area. The staff serving us is very friendly. No doubt that the bake goods are also amazing

Came to this “hole in the wall” bakery through recommendation from some friends. They were right. From the beef rice roll to their steams buns, pastries are simply amazing.
Second time here this week because it was that good. Dried Scallops Vege Pork Buns were surprisingly tasty and had a lot of filling. The Beef Rice Roll is another must order. Big serving of rice roll for only $4.50.
Baked bun were all very soft and 😋😋😋. Lemon Bun was great if you like a lemony taste to your bun. Baked Curry Buns and Baked Chicken Bun is another favourite of mine
The lady doesn’t speak a lot of English. So you’ll need to point at the items. 😂 Been here twice and twice she said that they don’t have individual steam buns for sale. So I had to buy 6.
