It is perhaps the most dangerous fast food place in all of Vernon due to its location. Police get summoned to remove violent patrons multiple times.
Staff are VERY friendly here. I always see them go the extra mile to help people with mental and physical disabilities. Multiple staff members have a Vernon wide reputation for being friendly.
I ate a burger here a couple weeks ago and they were busy as always.

Just stopped into Vernon A&W, got to say the service was really awesome. The manager or owner was at the cash till at the drive-thru window and was so pleasant 🙌 he even offered us a hand sanitizer spray 😂👌 way to go above and beyond!
I really enjoyed eating here! I ate here 2 times while I was camping at Ellison Provincial Park! Awesome service and Friendly staff! Thank you to Vanessa our server who was Friendly and helpful!!!!!
