One of the best green curries I have had outside of Thailand!
I am always on the hunt for good pad seew. It's a college nostalgia meal for me. This one was very satisfying. The burnt soy flavor was spot on. The noodle soup my girlfriend had was absolutely delicious. The broth itself has layers of flavor which isnt easy to do for a soup in my opinion. The appie plate was a good start, the satay chicken had a nice char on it which complimented the freshness of the lemongrass. 10/10.
