The hot chocolate in milk selection I had here was nice not to watery nor lacking of taste and the atmosphere is comfy too overall it's nice

Nice coffee shop

Had a small sugar free pumpkin spice latte with coconut milk, which cost my friend (who treated me) $7.60.I thought this was kinda pricey, Starbucks is even less. I ordered half sweet, it was very sweet, my friends drinks were all very sweet as well. Service was very good, atmosphere is nice but just a tad pricey we all thought. Thank you. ?

Service was a little slow as owner was working this day. Coffee was ok and also had a bagel with butter.did not feel very fresh, but ate it anyway. Convenient for a stop

I don’t normally come to this Blenz, I go quite frequently to the one on Anderson Way (due to drive thru, closer to my work) However, I went to this Blenz this morning and have only been here a handful of times.The service here is 10x better than the normal Blenz I frequent, and will be coming back here from now on. They do an incredible job here.

The downtown Blenz is great, I don't get drinks out often but when I do it's mainly here. I love their hot chocolate it is decadent. Also Maurice is the best! Better than Mr.Mikes for sure!

I was treated very poorly as a customer. The dude servicing the counter spoke to the next person in line after me (I assume a regular customer) to talk about something inane while I was at the counter to order. Once I was able to ask about the BCAA promotion, which I’m a member of, I was treated rudely and like a pest. This was my first deviation from the Blenz uptown (which is great) to the downtown location which utterly failed.Edit: I don’t think I’ll visit again. I’ll stick to the north Blenz.

Food was good, service was excellent and has a really good atmosphere. Will definitely be back
