Their food and pastries are very good, we've enjoyed everything we've tried there food wise! However, I find their coffee disappointing, it's bitter. You guys should switch over to Multiply coffee, it's locally roasted in Vernon and better than what you're currently serving.
Love ratio! Throughout its life it's always been an institution when it comes to drinkables, but in the past few years they've been pushing boundaries with the quality of food, and deserts they make. Everyone seems to go crazy for Ratio's donuts, but that's been their least interesting offering to me.
