Had lunch here a few times now and never been disappointed. The staff and service is very friendly and wonderful. The food always great. A convenient location and will be back again.

Kind of a big disappointment that I couldn't get the Thai chicken soup. Its my go to whenever I go there, but apparently head off has discontinued it. Why? Cameron the manger was telling me, and I couldn't comprehend why they would do that? This is exactly why I don't really like chain restaurants for the fact a bunch of brainless people at corporate head office pull of stupid decisions and should listen to what the people want. They don't even have the ingredients on site to .ake it fresh to order, not like an independent restaurant that doesn't use portion control and make stupid decisions about what should be on the menu. I travel 250 days a year and I eat out at least 2 or more times a day. I know what I want and where to get it, but when stupidity kicks in you ruin it for me coming back. Thank you Cameron and Kaitlyn I know your hands are tied but I appreciate you trying to make things better. I have 12 million people that read my reviews, so like I said chain restaurants are my biggest pet peeve but I still attend the ones for certain things. Get it together Brown's.

Very busy, and we were a large party, service was good, food was good, and was well looked after.

I had the blackened chicken ceaser salad. It had a lot of garlic (and I am used to eating garlic). 4 small pieces of chicken, like the size total of my palm ( good flavor tho).about 10 pieces of bacon total….My dinner mate had the quesadillas and they were worse. Not held together with enough cheese and all we could taste was Spice….we have hardly seen the same waiter twice….had the fudge brownie for dessert and it was amazing! Best part of the meal! Definitely my pick if you’re craving gooey chocolate!

We recently had dinner here on our trip to Vernon. We sat outside in order to get a table faster. The service and food were great as usual. We wish there had been a tv to watch the game on outside. Happy with everything else.

Awesome service, fabulous food, just all around great. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them.

My chicken was delicious but my Alfredo was cold and didn’t have any sauce. Garlic toast was so tough and cold. Must have been sitting out for a while. Portions are getting smaller all the time. Overall I was disappointed.

First time eating at the restaurant, the food was delicious and fresh you will get what you paid for. The service was amazing 🤩.

Other than a very limited kind of niche menu (the food itself was good) no real complaints.

$2.25 slice of onion for my burger. I won't eat at another joint over a $2.00 chatge for extra cheese on a nacho platter. A slice of onion? Really? I went to Costco the week before and paid less than $10.00 for a bag of onions. And what is with serving staff not introducing themselves to their patrons anymore? No customer care anymore.

Solid place to hangout. The management really cares and it shows. Not usually a fan of chain restaurants but this one checks a lot of boxes for me.

Jaida was our waitress, super kind and friendly (and very pretty!), she checked in lots and made sure we were doing good. I don’t remember Browns having super good food before but we got the calamari, avocado and yam rolls, and the sticky thai chicken, and let me tell you, THEY WERE SO GOOD. Literally drool tier food. WOW. Ofc the prices could be a little better, but the food was so good that it kinda made up for it. Thanks for having us Browns!
