I've noticed over the past year that the quality of the coffee and goodies has been left wanting. My most recent experience was having a cinnamon bun that seemed to be just south of being fully cooked. Not raw but not quite fully baked. Have always liked this place but finding it not quite there anymore.

I ordered an extra large chai tea and it was half hot water, half milk and maybe half a spoon of chai tea mix. It was so weak and disgusting.. Coincidentally, the same large lady with curly hair, made it for me and before once I ordered a coffee and a bakery, and she tried to charge me double and then she said, and then gave me what she charged back.

TLDR: Staff and food = Great! Coffee... meh.
A half and half review unfortunately.
I love Bugaboos, I visit quite often and the service and staff are always fantastic, the pastries and food are super fresh and delicious.
The coffee however is very inconsistent. Some days my order is good, some days... It's not great. I have tipped it away once, the espresso burnt and the milk too hot. I just wish it was a little more consistent with the quality of my latte!
I love supporting local, I love coffee and I just want to see this place keep doing well so just wanted leave some constructive feedback.

Coffee is good, plenty of baked goods that look amazing! Unfortunately we are GF // DF and there are not many choices for us other than coffee. Can be very busy as it’s the only option in the village.

Pastries and coffee drinks are all excellent. A little expensive, but that’s the economics of a mountaintop resort.
Brilliant coffee and pastries. The cafe smelled amazing, and fresh croissants were coming out of the oven when we arrived. Everything was fairly priced, and the customer service was lovely.

Nice bakery treats but borderline rude service and very skimpy cups of coffee for full price paid….

The food is amazing. Also love the style. Perfect for going before skiing on the mountain. I love the croissants but not better than the french but pretty good.
Best bakery in the area, I still dream of their sausage rolls. All the baked items are amazing!

Good spot for a coffee and a baked goodie
Nice place and with possibly the best gluten free cookies I’ve ever had, highly recommend.
Poor service and over priced, left feeling ripped off. Got 2 paninis and a soup to go because it was too busy inside and the heaters weren't running outside. There were no prices anywhere and didn't expect it to add up to $30 before tip. This was more expensive than a proper meal at the Bulldog or Long John's.
Soup cup was tiny (says 10oz but wasn't filled to top), much smaller than the bowls given to people eating there. We were given the wrong soup and it was mostly broth, there was only 1 spoonful of other ingredients. Extremely disappointing.
Amazing people and food! I´ll come back for sure!
Serving a wide selection of baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee drinks. We always make sure to visit this place when we're on the mountain.
