Great room , very clean ! Amazing location. I got my SUV stuck and the staff at the hotel helped me right away and were so kind . Lovely service ! Will come back !
Worst place I have ever stayed.
We went the Victoria long weekend and the hotel called us to inform that no restaurants in the area are open, which is fine as we cooked our food. We arrived and the lady in the front desk is telling us that there wont be any room service and we need to get our own towels before 8. LIKE what heck! why didn't they inform us when they are able to call us and inform us about the restaurants being closed?!
