In town for a hockey tournament and Went in to the restaurant this morning for breakfast with my son, got seated right away, waitress walked past us 3 times no acknowledgment, maybe our table wasn’t hers. Watched her seat 2 other tables served them water and coffee, I still had no server, look out the window and some of the staff are taking pictures of themselves. 20 minutes and no service, table wasn’t clean, menus were dirty, sticky and floor wasn’t clean. Walked out with zero service at just after 20 minutes of waiting. Don’t waste your time with this place.

The three ladies today (Feb 2) who were working absolutely ROCKED. Despite being quite busy, you could tell they were able to communicate with their team members in order to provide great service.
The food was fantastic as well! Beautiful presentation and had just the right about of syrup!

Went to the Vernon Denny’s tonight. Besides the weird crawling bugs in the bathroom- the Poutine was unbelievably salty never received a refill for any drinks- the tables food was delivered at different times.. entrée sides and then gave us the salad at the end. Crispy chicken salad, not crispy.. the server did give us a discount but will not return ever again.. The restaurant comes across as dirty, unprofessional, and definitely not Canadian anymore

This place has the worst service ever. Got seated and sat for 10 min. Not 1 person came to us. People that walked in after us were getting service . So we walked out. This isnt the first time having issues.
If I could give 0 star I will do , the lady making delivery orders in front counter is so rude , not sure how they hire people like this, she treat the delivery guys with so disrespectful way, calling them with bad hand gestures which is not professional, loud and giving them instructions as they re working for her, I m telling you Just Do better and ask for help. It is unfortunate for this restaurant to have like this employee.
