I ordered a turkey dinner on Thanksgiving,Was extremely busy when I picked up the order,after opening the container the meal was missing 3 key components of a turkey dinner. Took a Pic,went to Dennys the next day and to make long story short I sat down to a full turkey dinner today on the house. I did leave a tip for my server as she had nothing to do with the honest mistake,the cooks must have been overwhelmed with how many ppl I seen that day heading out for dinner. Kudos and a HUGE thank you to Vernon Dennys for stepping up and having me come in for a replacement meal, Much appreciated:))👍🏻🙏

So me and my wife visited twice on our weekend away from home. Overall everything was okay we got the surprise noone wants after the second breakfast visited, FOOD POISONING, thankfully only a mild one. My wife's symptoms lasted overnight and mine settled late previous night. We figured out that the culprit was eggs as this was the only ingredient that was the same between our otherwise different orders. So Vernon Denny's make sure your kitchen knows and acts to remedy this.

Server spilt my coffee and didn't offer to bring more napkins once I cleaned it up. Did not ask me if I needed anything else including more to drink. She brought me a container for my food and then the bill without asking if I wanted anything else.
