Found a new favorite!

Place is clean , atmosphere is nice , service is good . Food is ok , they have very big portion but thats just it .. not significant .

I ordered the seafood stir fry and they added way too much sauce.. my stir fry was like soup.. I mentioned it to the waiter and he was like that’s no good .. but did nothing about it. Then I was double charged because it showed that my debit didn’t go through so I reached out to the owner with my debit receipts and he said sorry didn’t go through and hung up on me.. I will never eat here again

Fantastic restaurant. Very clean. Great service and so much value for the $$. Highly recommended.

They made a mistake with .y order first of all thaipad beef what a Dissapointment. It was a bunch of leftovers. Wayyyy overcooked , no authentic flavors a d the tomato puree was all the flavor I could get , what a embarrassment. Ant the spring roll is use to buy for 0.60 cent is sold here for 4.60 a piece. Dont get foold your eating authentic food. Its not. Its a money grab ...
What a embarrassment for there kitchen and culture... never again !!! 😒

I ordered the rice with grill pork to go, when we brought home and ate right away and found down the pork was spoiled and sour , which is not the way it is. We complained but no one woking in there reply, it is seem to me they don’t care . One of us got diarrhea terrible , the services like hell , I hope whoever wants to try this restaurant that has to concern the spoiled food can make you sick. And hope the health inspectors come and check that restaurant or I will report to them. The price we paid not worth it at all .

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, we ordered takeout order #56, and unfortunately, the meat in our meal was spoiled. We sent email to the restaurant but received nothing back. Really disappointed for that.

The spring rolls are delicious! I could eat 8 of them. Always pleasant, entertaining staff and I rarely see a dirty table when we come. They are quick to clean tables, which is always nice to see

We had the vegetable phǒ and the spring roll meal. The broth for my phǒ was sweet, like it had too much anise, and the noodles were all very short and almost clear with no color, as if they were cooked too long. I tried putting sriracha sauce to balance it out the sweetness but it didn’t work. I also had to request the plate of sprouts, basil, and lime; It took about 4 minutes to get them, and when it arrived there were 2 sprigs of cilantro/coriander and a mountain of sprouts. It wasn’t bad, but it was not what i was expecting at all.

The servers were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and clean.

Amazing meal at Lemongrass. Our server, Nathan, was wonderful and explained the menu in detail. We all opted for a vermicelli bowl, which was HUGE and filled with fresh veggies, noodles, and your choice of meat. You can get anything as spicy as you wish, so everyone can be happy! The only negative was US, as we totally overstayed past closing (we were unaware), so apologies to all the staff. This is a great addition to Vernon’s food scene, and we will definitely be back!

The food was decent in that the portion size was very generous to the cost. I would come back if I'm looking for a belly filler. We ordered two bowls of pho - one special and one spicy; the flavour was decent but seemed to be missing a layer or depth in flavour; it was not as rich in beef flavour as I was expecting.

Overall not a bad experience. If you are craving noodles, this is pretty good.
