Had the vegetarian lasagna, it did not spike my blood sugar as lasagna usually does! Realized made with brown rice noodles. Very delicious and large portion for the medium. Definitely a great choice for dinner!
I decided not to count this as my 206th eatery in Vernon. I have put this in the market category.
I had never been here before.
I bought a $5 tin of mashed potatoes. It was $5 after tax.
They had frozen cabbage rolls, chili, lasagna, garlic bread, etc. They also had a gigantic electronic menu board for making requests.
They also had a fridge for a couple soda flavors. It would've been funny to come in here and buy a soda.

First time I've ordered cuz my kids recommended your meals. The three cheese mac and cheese is perfect! Will definitely come by again! Thank you. I like supporting Vernon family businesses!
